iTunes for Windows：インターネットのフィルタ、アクセラレータソフトウェアあるいはファイアウォールを使用するときの接続問題
現象
Windows と互換性のあるコンピュータでインターネット上での情報の送受信の方法に影響を及ぼすソフトウェアを使用している場合、iTunes Store にアクセスする際にエラーを引き起こすか、iTunes Store にまったくアクセスできなくなる可能性があります。
iTunes Store にアクセスできないか、または、一部の機能が使用できなくなる場合があります。具体的には下記のようなサービスやサポートは提供していません。
- コンテンツのダウンロード （ミュージック、ビデオあるいはゲーム）
- iPod ソフトウェアアップデート
- Gracenote サービス の使用 (「詳細」の「CD トラック名を取得」を選択)
- アートワークの取り込み
- iPhone または iPod touch のアクティベーション

解決方法
iTunes Store への接続に関する問題の多くは、iTunes アプリケーションと iTunes Store のアドレスを認識するようにインターネットのフィルタソフトウェアを設定すると解決できます（記事の下に記載）。
iTunes がインターネットにアクセスできるようにご使用のインターネットソフトウェアを設定できます。Norton Personal Firewall または Norton Internet Security をお使いの場合、ファイウォールの設定で iTunes を有効する必要があります。

別のベンダーのインターネットのフィルタソフトウェアを使っている場合、そのソフトウェアに付属のマニュアルを確認するか、iTunes Store のインターネットアドレスを追加する方法についてベンダーに確認してください。
実行しているフィルタソフトウェアがある場合は、次の iTunes Store インターネットアドレスを信頼されているドメインとしてそれらソフトウェアに追加する必要があります。
- itunes.apple.com
- ax.itunes.apple.com
- albert.apple.com
