Sintomi
Un software che influisce sul modo in cui il tuo computer Windows invia e riceve informazioni su Internet può provocare errori durante l'accesso a iTunes Store, o può impedirvi completamente l'accesso.
Non è possibile accedere a iTunes Store o alcune parti non sono disponibili. Questo include:
- Download di contenuti (musica, filmati o giochi)

Risoluzione
È possibile risolvere molti problemi di connessione configurando i software di filtro Internet in modo che riconoscano iTunes e gli indirizzi di iTunes Store (elencati sotto).
Puoi configurare il tuo software Internet per permettere a iTunes di accedere a Internet. Se utilizzi Norton Personal Firewall o Norton Internet Security, devi abilitare iTunes nelle impostazioni del tuo firewall.
