再次註冊 VBScript 引擎
如果最新的 VBScript 引擎已安裝，請再註冊一次。請注意，您必須以管理員身分或以具有電腦管理員權限的使用者登入，才能執行這些步驟。
Windows 2000 或 Windows XP：
1. 在開始選單中，點按執行。
2. 在 [開啟] 欄位對話方塊中，輸入下列指令並點按 [確定]：
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
3. 此時會顯示訊息指出「DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded」。
4. 點按 [確定] 並再次嘗試安裝 iTunes 或 QuickTime。
Windows Vista：
1. 在開始選單中，於 [開始搜尋] 欄位輸入 cmd。
2. 在搜尋結果清單中，以滑鼠右鍵點按 cmd，然後在彈出式選單點按以系統管理員身分執行。若 Windows 需要您的許可才能繼續，請點按繼續。（如果沒有以管理員的身分登入，則需要使用管理員登入和密碼來驗證。）
3. 在命令提示字元視窗中，輸入以下指令：
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
4. 按下鍵盤上的 Enter 鍵。此時會顯示訊息指出「DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded」。
附註：如果看到含有「錯誤碼 0x80004005」的訊息，表示沒有以管理員的身分開啟命令視窗。
5. 點按 [確定] 並再次嘗試安裝 iTunes 或 QuickTime。
