再次注册 VBScript 引擎
如果已安装有最新的 VBScript 引擎，请再次进行注册。请注意：要执行下述步骤，必须以管理员或拥有电脑管理员权限的用户身份登录。
对于 Windows 2000 或 Windows XP：
1. 在开始菜单上，点按运行。
2. 在“打开”栏对话框中，输入下列命令，然后点按“确定”：
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
3. 此时应会显示一条信息，通知用户“vbscript.dll 中的 DllRegisterServer 成功。”
4. 点按“确定”，并再次尝试安装 iTunes 或 QuickTime。
对于 Windows Vista：
1. 在开始菜单中，将 cmd 键入到“开始搜索”栏中。
2. 右键点按搜索列表中的 cmd，然后在弹出式菜单中点按以管理员身份运行。如果 Windows 需要您的许可才能继续，请点按继续。（如果并不是以管理员身份登录的，将需要使用管理员登录名和密码进行验证。）
3. 在“命令提示符”窗口中，输入下列命令：
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
4. 敲击键盘上的 Enter。此时应会显示一条信息，通知用户“vbscript.dll 中的 DllRegisterServer 成功。”
注：如果看到带有“错误代码 0x80004005”的信息，则表示命令窗口不是以管理员身份打开的。
5. 点按“确定”，并再次尝试安装 iTunes 或 QuickTime。
