Symptoms
When trying to connect to your iDisk in Mac OS X 10.5, you may receive this alert:

An unexpected error occurred (error code -35)."
This issue may occur if you attempt to access your iDisk immediately after waking your computer from sleep, or after switching your Internet connection.
Products Affected
MobileMe, Mac OS X 10.5
Resolution
After waking your computer from sleep or changing to a different Internet connection (for example, from Ethernet to AirPort), wait a few moments before trying to connect to your iDisk.
If the issue persists:
- From the Apple menu, choose Log Out.
- Log back in.
- Try to connect to your iDisk.
- If the issue persists, restart your computer.
You should now be able to connect to your iDisk. However, if the issue persists, follow these additional steps:
- Open System Preferences.
- Click MobileMe.
- Click Sign Out. Note: This will unregister your computer from syncing with MobileMe, and disable iDisk Syncing if it is enabled.
- Retype your MobileMe account name and password.
- Connect to your iDisk.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact MobileMe Support.
