MobileMe Sync: iCal Group Calendar name may change when syncing in Mac OS X 10.4 or 10.5

Symptoms

If you are syncing calendar groups with different names between Mac OS X 10.4 and Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard (or between 10.4 and 10.4), the name of your group on one computer may change to the group name from the other computer.

Products Affected

iCal 2.x, .Mac Sync, MobileMe

Resolution

Recreate any affected groups on one computer, sync that computer with MobileMe, and then sync your other computers.
