MobileMe: Aliases to synced iDisk do not work as expected after upgrading to Mac OS X 10.5

Symptoms

If you were using iDisk Syncing in Mac OS X 10.3 or 10.4, then upgraded your computer to Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, any aliases for items on your synced iDisk may no longer work as expected. Instead, the alias may open a previous version of your iDisk, not the iDisk that is synced in Mac OS X 10.5.

Resolution

Mac OS X 10.5 contains many improvements for iDisk Syncing. As a result, your iDisk will need to be resynced after upgrading to Mac OS X 10.5. Recreate any aliases that were previously pointing to your iDisk.
