Symptom

A graphic of a broken QuickTime logo appears on a Web page.

Solution

  1. Visit the QuickTime Web site. A dialog box will appear to confirm installation of the QuickTime ActiveX control.
  2. Accept the QuickTime ActiveX control. The software will download and install.
