iSync 2.4: Some Sprint-based Motorola phones may not be recognized

Issue or symptom

iSync 2.4, included with the Mac OS X 10.4.9 Update, supports many phones. Due to firmware differences, some Sprint-based phones manufactured by Motorola may not be recognized by iSync 2.4.

Solution

The same versions of these Motorola phones offered for sale by other service providers are not affected by this issue.
