Apple TV starts up to a flashing question mark

A question mark that flashes on and off on your television may indicate that Apple TV cannot find the startup information on the hard drive. This generally indicates there may be an issue with the Apple TV hardware. In the United States, bring the Apple TV into the nearest Apple Store.
