Mac OS X 10.2: Difficulty Using Hewlett Packard Printers
Hewlett Packard has released updated (2.0 or later) printer drivers that resolve certain issues you may encounter when using the versions 1.4.1 HP drivers that were included with Mac OS X 10.2 (build 6C115).

Solution
Download and install the latest drivers for Mac OS X from the Hewlett Packard Web site (http://www.hp.com/).

- 2400 by 1200 and 4800 by 1200-enhanced printing (applicable printers only)
