If help doesn’t answer your question

If you search help and can’t find the answer to your question, there are several things you can do.

Try these suggestions:

  • Type different words in the search field to describe what you want to know.

  • If you searched for one word, search for two or three words. If you searched for many words, search for fewer words.

  • Go to the homepage of the help and click links to learn about the application. To go to the homepage, click the Home button in the toolbar.

  • To see the latest help information, make sure you’re connected to the Internet while using Help Viewer. Help Viewer always displays the latest help when you’re online.

  • If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, visit the support website for the product.

Apple Support provides technical information for all Apple products. You can search for news specific to your computer and the Apple software you’re using. Apple Support also provides other resources such as discussion lists, product information, and downloads.
