iCloud: Add more photos to a shared photo stream
At any time, you can add more photos to a photo stream that’s already shared. When you do, subscribers to the photo stream receive a notification that new photos have been added.
From an iOS device

Open Photos on your device, then tap Photo Stream.

Tap the photo stream you want to add photos to.

Tap Edit, then tap Add Photos (on iPad) or Add (on iPhone or iPod touch).

Tap a button (for example, Albums, Photo Stream, or Events) to find photos to add.

Tap photos you want to add.

Tap Done.
You can also add photos by first selecting photos on your device (from My Photo Stream, Albums, Events, and so on). Tap Share, tap Photo Stream, and then select an existing shared photo stream. Type a comment (optional), then tap Post.
From iPhoto or Aperture
You can add photos to a shared photo stream at any time.
From a Windows computer

Select Photo Stream under Favorites in a folder window of File Explorer (Windows 8) or Windows Explorer (Windows 7 or Windows Vista).

Double-click the photo stream you want to add photos to.

Click Add Photos.

Drag photos to the dialog that appears, or click “Choose photos” to add photos to the photo stream.

Click Done.
