GarageBand for iOS: Importing iTunes Match songs
Summary
When importing songs into GarageBand for iOS, iTunes Match songs may appear to be unavailable. This is because you cannot import songs that are not stored locally on your device.

GarageBand for iOS
To import an iTunes Match song you must download it first. To download a song:
- Open the Music app on your iOS device
- Go to the Albums view.
- Click the Download from iCloud button to begin the download:
After the song has completed downloading, you can import it into GarageBand. For more information on importing songs, see:
