Microsoft Outlook 2007

1. In the Outlook window, right-click the email and choose Message Options.
2. The email headers are located in the Internet Headers section.
3. Once you've collected the long email headers, follow your Support Advisor's instructions for sending them to Apple.

1. In the Outlook window, double-click the email to open it.
2. Choose File > Properties.
