Baum PocketVario: Device keys for VoiceOver navigation

When using a Baum PocketVario braille display with VoiceOver in iOS, you can use the following device-specific key commands to navigate.

Router Double-tap the selected item
Status Router Toggle expanded status description
Joystick Left Move to previous item
Joystick Right Move to next item
Joystick Up Move to previous item using rotor setting
Joystick Down Move to next item using rotor setting
Joystick Press Select item under your finger
D1 Move to previous item
D4 Move to next item
D3 Move to previous item using rotor setting
D6 Move to next item using rotor setting
D2 + D3 Select previous rotor setting
D5 + D6 Select next rotor setting
D1 + D2 + D3 Move to the first element
D4 + D5 + D6 Move to the last element
D1 + D2 + D3 + D5 Read page starting at selected item
D2 + D4 + D5 + D6 Read page starting at the top
D3 + D6 Activates the selected item
D1 + D2 + D5 Activates the Home button
D2 + D3 + D4 Goes to the status bar
D3 + D4 + D5 Activates the Volume Up button
D1 + D2 + D6 Activates the Volume Down button
D1 + D2 Activates the Back button if present
D1 + D4 + D6 Activates the Eject key
D1 + D4 + D5 Activates the Delete key

D2 Pan Braille to the left

D3 + D4 Speak page number or rows being displayed

Goes to Notification Center

D2 + D5

Goes to Control Center

D1 + D2 + D4 + D5 Switch between contracted and uncontracted braille
D2 + D3 + D6 Switch between eight-dot and six-dot braille
