Use these commands in Terminal to retrieve hardware information or hardware status history from your PowerPC-based or Intel-based Xserve.

Hardware information /usr/sbin/serveradmin command xserve:command = status ipmitool sdr
Hardware status history more /private/var/log/hwmond.log ipmitool sel list
