Mac OS X og Safari 4

Du kan bruke Systemprofil for å se om din Mac støtter Quartz Extreme:

  1. Åpne Systemprofil (i /Programmer/Verktøy)
  2. Klikk på "Grafikk/skjermer" i den venstre ruten
  3. Se etter "Quartz Extreme: Støttes" (eller "Støttes ikke") i den høyre ruten

Hvis du har flere enn én skjerm, kan hver av dem ha forskjellig verdi for “Quartz Extreme".

Merk: Hvis du skal dra nytte av Quartz Extreme på din Mac, trenger du ett av disse grafikkortene:

  • ATI: En AGP-basert ATI RADEON GPU, med 16 MB VRAM eller mer
  • NVIDIA: NVIDIA GeForce2 MX eller nyere, med 16 MB VRAM eller mer
     

Microsoft Windows og Safari 4

Hvis du skal kunne bruke disse funksjonene med Safari 4 i Microsoft Windows, trenger du:

  • DirectX 9.0 eller nyere
  • Et DirectX 9.0-kompatibelt skjermkort med 32 MB skjerm-RAM (64 MB eller mer anbefales)
