Numbers '09：以 Excel 格式匯出試算表

在 Mac OS X 電腦或 Windows 電腦上，Excel 格式的檔案都可以用 Microsoft Excel 開啟進行編輯。
每個表格會轉換成 Excel 工作表，如果有多個表格，則其他所有物件會放置在獨立的工作表上。

建立 Excel 版本的試算表方法如下：
- 選擇 [共享] > [輸出]，然後點按 [Excel]。
- 如果進行多張工作表輸出時不要納入摘要工作表，請選取 [摘要]。
- 選取 [下一步]，指定檔案名稱和位置，然後點按 [輸出] 建立該檔案。
- 選擇 [檔案] > [儲存為]，選取 [將拷貝儲存為]，然後從彈出式選單中選擇 [Excel 文件]。
注意：部分公式計算可能不同於 Excel。
