Notes

  1. Apple iPod Earphones are included in box with all iPod models, except iPod shuffle (3rd generation).
  2. Apple Earphones with Remote are included in box with iPod shuffle (3rd generation). Apple Earphones with Remote will interfere with the operation of the internal microphone on the original iPhone, iPhone 3G, and iPhone 3GS.
  3. Apple iPhone Stereo Headset is included in box with iPhone and iPhone 3G.
  4. Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic are included in the box with iPhone 3GS and iPod touch 32GB and 64GB (Late 2009).
  5. iPod nano (4th generation) software version 1.0.3 or later required to use remote and mic features.
  6. iPod classic (120 GB) software version 2.0.1 or later required to use remote and mic features.
  7. iPod touch (2nd generation) software version 2.2 or later required to use remote and mic features.
  8. Some older iPod earphones may not connect properly to the original iPhone because the plug body is too large to fit in the jack inset. Third-party adapters may be available.
