문제 해결
- 비디오 podcast가 재생할 수 없는 형식인 경우에는 "포맷이 지원되지 않습니다"라는 메시지가 표시될 수 있습니다.
- 오디오 또는 비디오 podcast를 찾을 수 없거나, podcast를 호스트하는 서버에 문제가 있는 경우에는 "이 동영상을 재생할 수 없습니다"라는 메시지가 표시될 수 있습니다.
- 이 중 어떤 경우라도 Mac 또는 Windows 컴퓨터의 iTunes에서 해당 podcast를 찾아 "의견 보내기"를 클릭하여 podcast 제작자에게 문의할 수 있습니다.
- podcast가 다운로드되지 않는 경우 podcast를 호스트하는 서버 때문이거나 현재 인터넷 연결에 문제가 있기 때문일 수 있습니다. 다운로드에서 해당 podcast를 삭제하면 문제가 해결될 수 있습니다. 다운로드 중이거나 다운로드 대기 중인 podcast를 삭제하려면 다운로드를 누르고, podcast 위에서 손가락을 이용하여 왼쪽이나 오른쪽으로 민 다음 삭제를 누릅니다.
- iPhone에서 podcast는 셀룰러 또는 Wi-Fi 연결을 통해 스트리밍되고 다운로드될 수 있지만 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크상에서는 최대 podcast 에피소드 다운로드 크기에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 너무 커서 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크를 통해 다운로드할 수 없는 podcast를 선택해서 다른 podcast를 다운로드할 수 없는 경우에는 iPhone OS 3.0 이상으로 업데이트하면 이 문제가 해결됩니다.
