Although you cannot directly export an EDL at 29.97 fps from 60@30 sequences, follow these steps to make a 29.97 fps copy that you can export:

  1. Create a new sequence in your project.
  2. Ctrl-click the sequence in the Browser and choose Settings...
  3. In the General pane of the Sequence Settings window, set Compressor to HDV 720p60.
  4. Set the Editing Timebase: to 29.97.
  5. Select all the clips in the 60@30 sequence and choose Copy from the Edit menu.
  6. Open a timeline for the new sequence and choose Paste from the Edit menu.
  7. Export the EDL from the new sequence.
