Final Cut Pro: How to export a 29.97 EDL from a 60@30 project

Although you cannot directly export an EDL at 29.97 fps from 60@30 sequences, follow these steps to make a 29.97 fps copy that you can export:
- Create a new sequence in your project.
- Ctrl-click the sequence in the Browser and choose Settings...
- In the General pane of the Sequence Settings window, set Compressor to HDV 720p60.
- Set the Editing Timebase: to 29.97.
- Select all the clips in the 60@30 sequence and choose Copy from the Edit menu.
- Open a timeline for the new sequence and choose Paste from the Edit menu.
- Export the EDL from the new sequence.
