Résumé

Les écrans LCD nécessitent un temps de montée en température pour atteindre un niveau de luminosité normal.

Produits concernés

Moniteurs Apple Studio Display, Moniteurs Apple Cinema Display, iBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook, PowerBook, iMac

A number of Apple products use flat panel, liquid crystal display (LCD) technology, including:

  • some PowerBook computers
  • iBook computers
  • some iMac computers
  • Apple Cinema Displays
  • Apple Studio Displays

These products use backlighting and reflective techniques to produce a bright image.

When you first turn on a backlit display, or wake it from a lengthy sleep, its brightness gradually increases until it reaches a normal operating temperature. This warm-up period can range from several minutes to over an hour, depending upon the display size and the environment in which it is being used.
