iMac (Flat Panel): Networking and Communications Capabilities

Your computer comes with high-performance networking and communications technology, including the following:
· Internal 56K modem
Use the modem to connect to the Internet using a standard telephone line. You can then browse the World Wide Web, send and receive email and faxes, and connect to remote computers.
· Built-in 10/100Base-T Ethernet
Using Ethernet, you can connect to a local area network, transfer files between computers, print to a shared printer, and access the Internet. Ethernet can also be used to connect to the Internet using a cable modem or a DSL modem.
· AirPort wireless networking and Internet access
Connect to a wireless network, play network games, and set up your own wireless network for wireless Internet access.
