Summary

When you upgrade from Logic Pro 7 to Logic Pro 8, the previous version is renamed from "Logic Pro" to "Logic Pro 7" and is left on your computer. However, the version of Logic Node that will work with Logic Pro 7 is overwritten as part of the installation process.

Products Affected

Logic Pro 7, Logic Pro 8, Logic Pro 7.2, Logic Pro 7.1

If you need to maintain the previous version of Logic Node, then rename it to something like "Logic Node 7" before you install Logic Studio.
