iPhone and iPod touch: "Unable to Verify Certificate" message when creating Microsoft Exchange account

Summary

When creating a Microsoft Exchange Account on your iPhone or iPod touch, the Autodiscovery service attempts to use your Exchange email address and password to determine your Exchange Server information and configure your account settings on the iPhone or iPod touch. If the Autodiscovery feature is unable to configure your Exchange account settings, the message "Unable to Verify Certificate" will be displayed on the device similar to this:

When Autodiscovery is unable to configure your Exchange account settings on your device, tap "Accept" on the "Unable to Verify Certificate" dialog box and manually enter your Microsoft Exchange account settings  such as the Exchange Server name and other info.
