Bilagan innebär att e-postmeddelandet skickades från ett e-postprogram från Microsoft (till exempel Outlook och Microsoft Exchange-klienten) och innehåller information i RTF-formatet (rich text format). RTF-formatet bestämmer hur teckensnitt, färger och andra attribut som till exempel understrykningar och fetstil ska visas i e-postmeddelandet. (Bilagan visas inte i Outlook men i Mail. Den kan även visas i andra e-postprogram som ett MIME-avsnitt med namnet "application/ms-tnef".)
Så här undviker du dessa bilagor
Om du vill undvika att bilagan visas ber du personen som skickade e-postmeddelandet att avmarkera eller ändra inställningen att e-postmeddelanden ska skickas i Microsoft RTF-format för den här mottagaren.
