この添付ファイルは、電子メールが Microsoft の電子メールアプリケーション (Outlook、Microsoft Exchange Client など) から送信され、フォント、色、アンダーラインや太字などの特殊な属性が電子メールでどのように表示されるかを示すリッチテキスト情報を含むことを意味します。
添付ファイルの受信を防ぐ
今後この添付ファイルを受信しないようにするには、送信者の方に 「この受信者にMicrosoft リッチテキストフォーマットで送信する」のチェックボックスの選択を解除するか、メッセージを送信する前にメールクライアントの環境設定を変更するようにお願いしてください。
