How to redownload purchased applications from the App Store
Summary
There may be times when you accidentally delete a purchased application before you get a chance to backup your purchases. Fortunately, you can redownload any purchased application regardless of the price free of charge. Just follow the simple steps outlined below to redownload your App Store purchase.
Products Affected
iTunes 7 for Windows, iTunes 7 for Mac, iTunes Store, iPhone, iPod touch, iPhone 3G
To redownload the application to your iPhone, iPod touch, or computer:
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.
- Locate the application and click the "Buy app" button or tap the price on the device.
- You will then see a dialog similar to one of the two below. Click OK to continue with the download.

Report an issue
You can report an issue within iTunes or from the App Store on your iPhone or iPod touch.
To report the issue from your iPhone or iPod touch:
- Tap Review on the application's information page to open the Reviews section.
- Tap on the composition button in the upper right to load the composition choices.
- Tap "Report a Problem" to load the "Report a problem" screen.
- Select the appropriate symptom.
- Tap the "Comments?" box to add comments after you choose your issue.
- Tap the Report button in the upper right corner to submit your issue.
- A confirmation screen appears. Tap Cancel to cancel the report and return to Reviews screen, or tap OK to submit the report to the application developer.
