Learn how to determine if you have an Apple iPod + HP sold by Hewlett-Packard (HP). HP began selling a version of iPod in September, 2004. HP began selling a version of the iPod mini (Apple iPod mini + HP) in June 2005.
Note: HP, not Apple, provides support and service for Hewlett-Packard iPods.

- it has an HP logo on the back.

- the Serial Number is only 10 characters long. See "iPod: How to find the serial number" if you're not sure how to find the serial number.
- the Model Number in the About screen is one of the following:
