Time Capsule: "Connection Failed" message appears
Summary
When you click on your Time Capsule in the Shared section of the Finder Sidebar, you may see a message stating "Connection Failed:"

This may happen because Time Capsule has its guest account connections disabled by default.
Simply click the "Connect As..." button and enter the user name and password you configured for your Time Capsule via the AirPort Utility. Check (enable) "Remember this password in my keychain" in your login dialog box to retain the login credentials. You will be connected automatically the next time you click your Time Capsule.
