MobileMe: Canceling your subscription
Summary
If you had an active paid or trial MobileMe subscription as of June 6, 2011, your service has been automatically extended through June 30, 2012, at no additional charge. However, if you choose, you can cancel your subscription at any time for a pro-rated refund. For more details, see this article.
Note: To discontinue the free Find My iPhone service, turn off the application on each of your iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch). You can do this by tapping Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > MobileMe > Find My iPhone.
Products Affected
Important: After you've cancelled your account, you will lose access to MobileMe Mail, and future mail sent to that account will be returned to the sender. Your online data, including email, contacts, calendar, iDisk files, and MobileMe Gallery, will also be deleted from MobileMe, and over-the-air syncing with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch will stop. If you need to save any of this information, learn how to back up files stored on MobileMe. Note that once you have cancelled your MobileMe subscription, you will not be able to reactivate it.
If you purchased a MobileMe box from an Apple Retail Store, Apple Online Store, or authorized reseller and have an activation code (or already entered an activation code to start or renew your MobileMe subscription)
