Having trouble sending a large attachment?

Some files can be reduced in size using alternate save or export settings in the application used to create them. Another way to reduce the size of a file is to compress it. Please refer to the built-in help of your file authoring application or compression utility for additional assistance.

MobileMe members can send the file using iDisk file sharing

If the attachment can't be made small enough to send using the MobileMe outgoing server, you can use your iDisk to share the file with a link that enables the person clicking the link to download the file using a Mac or a PC.

Trying to send something to MobileMe?

Using the outgoing mail server provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will subject you to its message size limit (some are as low as 5MB). Check with your ISP for any limitations it may have regarding outgoing message size. If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) limit prevents you from send a large attachment, the file can be dropped into a MobileMe member's iDisk public folder.
