Als u uw voicemailwachtwoord bent vergeten of u wilt die wijzigen, neemt u contact op met uw mobiele telefoonaanbieder voor assistentie.
Als uw mobiele telefoonaanbieder Visual Voicemail aanbiedt, kunt u uw voicemailwachtwoord rechtstreeks op de iPhone wijzigen. Tik op Instellingen > Telefoon > Wijzig voicemailwachtwoord.

Als uw iPhone uw voicemailwachtwoord vraagt en u bent die vergeten, drukt u op de knop ? in het wachtwoordveld om de optie bellen naar AT&T voor assistentie weer te geven. Luister naar en volg de menu-aanwijzingen om uw voicemailwachtwoord opnieuw in te stellen:
