留守番電話パスワードを忘れてしまったか、変更が必要な場合は、ご利用の携帯電話会社にお問い合わせください。
ビジュアルボイスメールが利用できる携帯電話会社の場合、留守番電話パスワードを iPhone から直接変更できます。 「設定」>「電話」>「留守番電話パスワードの変更」の順にタップします。

以下は、AT&T をご利用の場合にのみ適用されます。
iPhone で留守番電話パスワードを入力するよう要求されたけれどもパスワードを忘れてしまった場合は、パスワードフィールドの「?」ボタンを押すと、問い合わせのために AT&T を呼び出すオプションが表示されます。メニューの案内に従って、留守番電話パスワードをリセットてください。
