Entourage 通讯录和日历同步需要使用 Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac 11.3.5 更新，您可在这里获得。也可以使用 Microsoft AutoUpdate 应用程序。
安装 Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac 11.3.5 更新后，即可使用 Entourage 中的“同步服务”选项（在 Entourage 中，选择 Entourage > 偏好设置并点按“常规偏好设置”下的“同步服务”）。
点按选中前两个注记格，以使 Entourage 通讯录和日历与地址簿和 iCal 同步。然后，iTunes 即可将数据同步到 iPhone 和 iPod touch。
在 Entourage“偏好设置”中点按“确定”后，将显示以下对话框：
选择表示保持信息最新的同步选项。如果所有信息都在 Entourage 中而不在地址簿中，请选择“用 Entourage 项目替换同步服务项目”。如果所有信息都在地址簿中，请选择“用同步服务项目替换 Entourage 项目”。如果在 Entourage 和地址簿中都有一些信息，可能需要选择“合并 Entourage 项目和同步服务项目”。
注释：同步 iPhon 或 iPod touch 时，不需要打开 Entouage。
