Entourage 연락처와 캘린더를 동기화하려면 Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac 11.3.5 업데이트가 필요합니다. 이 업데이트는 여기에서 다운로드할 수 있습니다. Microsoft 자동 업데이트 응용 프로그램을 사용해도 됩니다.
Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac 11.3.5 업데이트를 설치하면 Entourage에서 동기화 서비스 옵션을 사용할 수 있습니다. Entourage에서 Entourage > 환경설정을 선택하고 일반 환경설정에서 동기화 서비스를 클릭하면 됩니다.
클릭하여 처음 두 개의 체크박스를 선택하면 Entourage 연락처 및 캘린더가 주소록 및 iCal과 동기화됩니다. 그러면 iTunes이 iPhone 및 iPod touch와 데이터를 동기화할 수 있습니다.
Entourage 환경설정에서 확인을 클릭하면 다음 대화상자가 나타납니다.
정보가 최신 상태로 유지되는 위치를 나타내는 동기화 옵션을 선택합니다. 모든 정보가 Entourage에 있고 주소록에는 없으면 "Replace Sync Services items with Entourage items"를 선택합니다. 모든 정보가 주소록에 있으면 "Replace Entourage items with Sync Services items"를 선택합니다. 정보가 Entourage와 주소록에 섞여 있으면 "Merge Entourage items with Sync Services items"를 선택할 수 있습니다.
참고: iPhone이나 iPod touch를 동기화할 때 Entourage를 열지 않아도 됩니다.
