摘要

個人解鎖碼 (PUK)

若您輸入錯誤 PIN 達三次，您可能必須輸入個人解鎖碼 (PUK)，以便再次啟用您的 SIM 卡。請參閱 SIM 卡文件或聯絡您的電信業者。重要事項：輸入錯誤 PUK 碼太多次將會導致 SIM 永久鎖定。如果發生這種狀況，必須聯絡您的電信業者以更換 SIM 卡。

完成回復程序：

1. 拔下 iPhone。
