概要

SIM カードをロックすると、PIN 番号 (Personal Identification Number) がなければそのカードを使用できなくなります。iPhone の電源を切って入れ直すたびに、PIN を入力する必要があります。ご契約先のキャリアによっては、iPhone を使うために SIM PIN が必要です。

iPhone, iTunes での iPhone の有効化

「設定」>「電話」>「SIM PIN」の順に選択して、SIM PIN のオン／オフ／変更ができます。

ご契約先のキャリアによっては、すでに有効なデフォルトの SIM PIN が登録された SIM カードを提供しています。下記のリンクをクリックして、キャリアごとのデフォルトの SIM PIN のリストを参照してください。「デフォルトの SIM PIN コード」をクリックしてもご契約先のキャリアがみつからない場合は、ご契約先のキャリア にデフォルトの SIM PIN コードをお問い合わせください。

PUK (Personal Unlocking Key)

間違った PIN を 3 回入力した場合は、SIM カードを再び有効するために PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) を入力する必要がある場合があります。SIM カードのマニュアルを参照するか、ご契約先のキャリアにお問い合わせください。重要：間違った PUK コードを何回も入力すると、SIM が永続的にロックされます。この場合、ご契約先のキャリアに問い合わせて、SIM カードを交換する必要があります。

追加情報

iPhone ソフトウェアを復元するときは、復元処理を完了するために SIM カードのロックを解除する必要があります。iTunes および iPhone には以下のプロンプトが表示されます。

復元処理を完了するには以下の手順を実行します。

  1. iPhone の接続を解除します。
  2. iPhone で「ロック解除」します。
  3. SIM PIN を入力して SIM カードのロックを解除します。
  4. iPhone を再接続します。
