- 確認是否已經選取“隱藏所有 Microsoft 服務”。
- 點按“全部停用”。
附註：如果是排除與 iPhone 相關的問題，請選擇“Apple Mobile Device Support”註記框。 - 點按“確定”。
- 點按“重新啟動”。
- 重新啟動（並登入 Windows）後會出現確認視窗，表示“您已經使用系統設定公用程式來暫時變更某些系統設定值”。點按“確定”。此時會出現“系統設定公用程式”。請勿在此點按“確定”，否則會再次提示您重新啟動。請先試著重現所遇到的問題。
如果下列步驟可解決問題，最好使用“系統設定公用程式”一次啟動一個或幾個協力廠商的系統服務和啟動項目（開啟一個或幾個項目後就重新啟動電腦），找出是哪個系統服務或啟動項目造成衝突。您可以在“系統設定公用程式”視窗的“一般”標籤頁下選取“正常啟動”選項，以便再次全部啟動這些程式，但是請注意，此舉可能造成問題再次發生。
