You may need to check which version of Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 you have on your computer to make sure that it'll work with iTunes, iPod, QuickTime, or other Apple products.

Follow these steps to find out which version of Windows you have:
- In the Start menu, right-click on "Computer."
- Click Properties to open the System Properties window.
