Xsan 2: Upgrading an Xsan 1.4.2 client to Xsan 2 results in an unusable client

Summary

 When an Xsan 1.4.2 client is upgraded to Xsan 2 while it is attached to an Xsan 2 SAN, the client may be unusable by the SAN after the upgrade process completes.

Remove legacy clients from Xsan 2 SANs before upgrading them to Xsan 2. After upgrading, clients can be added back to the SAN.

If you've already upgraded the client, remove it and add it back again.
