Summary
Learn how to order prints in different sizes.
Products Affected
iPhoto, Aperture
- Select all the images you want to order by holding down the Command (Apple) key and clicking each image you want. A highlighted border will appear around each selected image.
Tip: If you plan to order multiple sizes of the same picture, duplicate the picture (iPhoto) or create a new version (Aperture), and make an individual crop with a suitable aspect ratio for each size you plan to order. See "iPhoto, Aperture: About aspect ratio and print orders" for more information. - Click Order Prints (choose File > Order Prints in Aperture). When the order dialog appears, enter the quantity for each size you want of each photo. If you do not see all the images, use the scroll bar on the right side of the window to scroll down and view each image.
Note that you must enter the desired quantity next to the desired size of each image you are ordering. For example, if you have ten images and wish to order one 4 x 6 print of each, you will need to enter the number 1 in the box labeled 4 x 6 next to each image.

Tip: If you are ordering only 4 x 6-inch prints, use the Quick Order arrows in the upper right to specify the number of sets you want. Click the up arrow until the number of 4 x 6 sets you wish to order of each image appears in the box labeled 4 x 6 next to each image.
- Carefully review your order and order total. Make sure that each print you want shows the quantity you would like to order next to the correct size. For example, if you are ordering one 4 x 6 copy of each image, there should be a 1 in the box for 4 x 6 next to each image. Additionally, make sure that you crop each image to the same aspect ratio as the print size you are ordering. For example, if you want to order a 4 x 6-inch print and a 8 x 10-inch print of an image, duplicate the original photo and constrain and crop it to match the aspect ratio of each size. See "iPhoto, Aperture: About aspect ratio and print orders" for more information.
