iPhoto and Aperture: Disabling and enabling 1-Click Purchasing

If you would like to enable or disable 1-Click Purchasing in iPhoto or Aperture, please follow these directions for your account.

Aperture 2.x, Aperture 3.x, Photo Services, iPhoto '08 (7.x), iPhoto '09

Note: If you are using Aperture 3 or iPhoto ’11, purchasing is automatically enabled when you sign in with your Apple ID

  1. Verify that you have an active Internet connection and open iPhoto or Aperture.
  2. Select a photo from your library by clicking on it once.
  3. From the File menu, choose Order Prints.
  4. Click Account Info.
  5. Enter your Apple ID and password and click Sign In.
  6. Click to select or deselect the "Enable 1-Click Purchasing" checkbox.
  7. Click Done.
