Keynote '08: How to get the slide list of a Keynote Presentation using the Quick Look feature in Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Summary

If using the Quick Look feature when previewing a Keynote presentation in Mac OS X 10.5, you have the option of previewing the presentation along with the list of the presentation slides on the left side as seen in Figure 1.

To view the slide list in future Keynote presentations, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Keynote '08 in Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard).
  2. Go to the Keynote Preferences.
  3. Choose the General tab.
  4. Click the checkbox labeled Include preview in document by default to select it.

 

To view the slide list in currently existing Keynote presentations, follow the steps below:

  1. Open an existing Keynote presentation.
  2. Select the Save As... option from the File menu.
  3. Expand the Save dialog by selecting the blue button as seen in Figure 2.
  4. Click the checkbox labeled Include preview in document by default to select it.
  5. Click Save.
