iCloud: Locating Reminders and Tasks

Learn how to locate iCloud Reminders and Tasks when using iOS, iCloud.com, OS X, or Microsoft Windows.

The iCloud Reminders feature is called Reminders in iOS, on iCloud.com, and in OS X. In Microsoft Outlook 2007 and later, it's called Tasks.

Reminders in iOS and on iCloud.com

In iOS 5 or later and on iCloud.com, use the Reminders app. The app icon looks about the same in both places:

In OS X Mountain Lion v10.8 and later, use the Reminders app:

In OS X Lion, use the iCal app. Choose View > Show Reminders to display the reminders section on the right-hand side of the iCal window:

Tasks in Microsoft Windows

In Microsoft Windows 2007 or later, use Outlook 2007 or later and the iCloud Control Panel:

Access your tasks by clicking the Tasks button in the lower-left corner of the Outlook window. Tasks are then displayed in the main Outlook window.
